I drove for 2 hours after work, up to Avalon Beach then back home to gym... not sure if it was worth it or not... I was hoping to find some good surf, but it was very windy.. not worth my time... in fact I nearly got blown off the cliff I took this shot from...

One thing interesting about this shot was the waves crashing into the pool swimmers, who seemed happy enough to get swamped.
